Here are just a few guidelines on commenting on blog posts on The No-Way. They are not meant to be comprehensive but rather outline a few principles that will help debate thrive.
My grandmother used to say: If you haven't got anything nice to say, then don't say it.
That doesn't mean that there should be no debate, no disagreement or no dialogue. On the contrary, lively, healthy debate is essential for us all to understand each other's point of view. What that does mean is that we should always be respectful and kind to one another. In other words, to criticise ideas, not people. In short, no:
ad hominem attacks
Responding to a post’s tone instead of its actual content.
All such comments will be removed, as will hateful, inflammatory, or harassing comments.
Look at what's been said before, and think about your response before commenting. Otherwise you're just recycling hot air. And certainly don't copy and paste.
Don't stray off topic, link to other articles unless its strictly relevant, or promote anything. Any comment that links to a product or article on another site will almost always be removed.
All comments in English please, otherwise they will be removed.
